• LOADING BAY

In comparison, loading bays depending on the design, can have a static deck, that is positioned on a building. This deck cannot be moved in or out and functions as a fixed structure. If other levels need to be access, they have to be places aimlessly to ensure they aren’t in the way of other decks. This alters construction time and efficiency, creating increase time to place and move materials.

Loading bays also have an installation process that can take up to 60-minutes and needs 8 backprops to enable security of equipment.
