At Preston Rentals, we commit to meeting our customers’ needs in every possible way. For that exact reason, we recently came together across the globe to discuss everything SUPERDECKS at our SuperDeck® Workshop.
The workshop was created to share information, discuss experiences, and help maintain services across the board. General Manager of Preston Rentals Canada, Mark Casey, travelled internationally to join in the discussion.
Hosted in Australia, this workshop gave Mark the opportunity to travel down under to gain further experience in the complexity of the SuperDeck® and share his knowledge. And with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry he had plenty to share.
In the 1990s, we developed a retractable loading platform called the SuperDeck®. A team that greatly understands construction and the needs and challenges faced on construction sites has researched, designed, and modified it.
This knowledge sharing session was an opportunity to discuss the needs of our customers and the ways we can improve. We understand the importance of strong service. Additionally, by always being open to improvement, we ensure our service remains truly customer focused.
The safety benefits of the SuperDecks was a key discussion point. We brainstormed how we can bring more awareness of these features to our customers. After all, these enhanced safety features are an example of what sets our product apart from the many loading platforms in the construction market. Indeed, we developed the SuperDeck® over a number of years with the goal of enhancing safety, reducing time, and lowering costs for our customers.
